Option 1: Measure an Existing Ring

  1. Choose a ring that fits the intended finger.
  2. Measure the inside diameter of the ring in millimeters.
  3. Match the measurement to the chart below.

Option 2: Measure Your Finger

  1. Wrap a strip of paper or string around your finger.
  2. Mark where the ends meet.
  3. Measure the length in millimeters.
  4. Compare it to the chart below.

Tip: Measure your finger at the end of the day when fingers are at their largest.

How to Measure Your Hand

  1. Tuck your thumb across your palm as if putting on a bangle.
  2. Measure around the widest part of your hand using a flexible measuring tape.
  3. Compare your measurement to the chart below.
